Inclusion Criteria
- •They are community-dwelling aged 60 year or above.
- •They have minimum literacy skills.
Exclusion Criteria
- •They need help to go to the primary health care centres (PCC).
- •They have cognitive impairment or dementia.
- •They have a medical condition that contraindicates physical activity.
- •They have any severe mental health problem that hinders participation in a group participation.
