Inclusion Criteria

Working in the intensive care or emergency unit in Namazi hospital,
Bachelor's degree and higher, not problem to participate in the training program,
Not participate in any educational program about time management, Complete Time management behavior questionnaire
Exclusion criteria: Transition or long-term leave of work, Unwillingness to participate in educational programs, Failure to complete the questionnaire
