Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1 Both married /unmarried female Patients in the age group of 18\-40yrs.
  • •2 Patients with any 3 or more clinical features of PCO like\-
  • •Amenorrhea or Oligomenorrhoea
  • •Anovulation
  • •Infertility (Due to anovulation)
  • •Obesity (BMI above 25\)
  • •Acanthosis nigricans
  • •3 Along with confirmation of any one Polycystic Ovary in USG finding.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1 Patients suffering from Pelvic/Systemic diseases like (Endometriosis, Hydrosalphinx, Fibroid uterus,).
  • •2 Organic lesions of reproductive tract like T.B, Carcinoma and Congenital deformities.
  • •3 Patients suffering from Cushingâ??s syndrome, Cardiac diseases, hepatic disease.
  • •4 Age group \<18yrs and \> 40yrs will be excluded.
  • •5 Patients suffering from uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes.
