Inclusion Criteria
Individuals with confirmed histopathological diagnosis; CCECP treated exclusively with radiotherapy; or associated with chemotherapy and or; surgery at the Oncology Sector of Hospital Dilson de Quadros Godinho.
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria will be patients with histological diagnoses other than CCECP; or who have not agreed to participate in the research.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary outcome is the reduction and / or elimination of radiotherapy-induced candidosis in patients with head and neck cancer after treatment with photodynamic therapy. Clinical examination and PCR technique will be used to assess candidiasis. To determine whether there has been a reduction, patients treated with methylene blue aPDT (intervention) and curcumin aPDT treatment (control) will be compared.
