Inclusion Criteria
treatment with in-center hemodialysis 3 times weekly for a minimum of 6 months
age between 18- 65 years
literacy
who are less than 8 hours out of the home
Exclusion Criteria
Colds
Fever
Interdialytic weight gain overweight more than 5% of dry weight
Diabetes
Hepatitis B
Dental and mouth problems
Consumption of angiotensin II inhibitor
