1) Children between 4-8 years of age
2) The children with primary maxillary and mandibular second molars will be diagnosed for carious teeth with necrotic pulp or irreversible pulpitis.
3) The children who have at-least two thirds of each root remaining.
4) No prior pulpectomy treatment on the involved teeth.
1) Children with any systemic condition, mental and physical disabilities like cerebral palsy, autism etc.
2) Teeth with inadequate tooth structure for restoration, perforated pulpal floor, swelling (intraoral or extraoral), sinus tract, pathologic root resorption and excessive mobility.
3) Teeth with anatomical variations like number of roots, root morphology (root anomalies).
