The inclusion criteria for recruiting in the study are:
1. Age group of 10-35 years of age.
2.Patients with the history of irreversible pulpitis.
3.Pain will be, sharp, piercing, continuous pain and spontaneous in nature
4.Pain will be exacerbated on bending down or lying down.
5.Patients with the decayed permanent molars with three canals (Maxillary and Mandibular)
The inclusion criteria for exclusion of participants in the present trial are:
1.Patients with the clinical or radiographic evidence of peri apical abscess or cyst
2.Vital or non-vital mandibular permanent molars without sinus tract,
3.Teeth with internal or external pathologic root resorptions
4.Teeth showing the root canal curvatures more than 30 degrees.
5.Maxillary and Mandibular molars with more than three root canals
6.Patients with history of chronic systemic diseases.
7.Teeth with any morphological abnormalities.
8.Teeth with calcified canals and pulp stones.
