Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ? an aged 60 years or older
  • ? Outpatient of department of neuropsychiatry, Seoul National University Hospital
  • ? Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI) or mild dementia (Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR) 0\.5 or 1\)
  • ? physically inactive : engaged in less than 150 min/week of moderate physical activity, or spending most of time per day sitting or lying

Exclusion Criteria

  • ? being inable to walk (Cane walking allowed)
  • ? \= moderate degree of dementia (Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR) \= 2\)
  • ? any physical illness or medical problems that wold preclude safe participation during study period
  • ? can not manipulate the smartband or has no caregiver to help them
  • ? participated in a similar program in the last one year
