Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •? an aged 60 years or older
- •? Outpatient of department of neuropsychiatry, Seoul National University Hospital
- •? Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI) or mild dementia (Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR) 0\.5 or 1\)
- •? physically inactive : engaged in less than 150 min/week of moderate physical activity, or spending most of time per day sitting or lying
Exclusion Criteria
- •? being inable to walk (Cane walking allowed)
- •? \= moderate degree of dementia (Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR) \= 2\)
- •? any physical illness or medical problems that wold preclude safe participation during study period
- •? can not manipulate the smartband or has no caregiver to help them
- •? participated in a similar program in the last one year
