Inclusion Criteria

  • Both genders.
  • abdominal surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Drug allergy.
  • Morbid obesity (BMI \>40 kg/m2).
  • Psychiatric disorder.
  • Opiod dependence.
  • patient refuse.

first analgesic request

time to request fentanyl

  • dynamic visual analogue pain scale(24 hours)
