Study Overview
Brief Summary
Many studies of Ayurvedic herbs, panchakarma have been conducted on oligospermia condition but they are time consuming. It was needed to easy and additional health benefits for society hence present topic are selected for study. In modern oligospermia treated with stem cell therapy, hormonal treatment which are too costly and it leads to many side effects on health so considering all these facts Eladi Gutika is selected for study.

- Sex
- Male
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed Patient of Oligspermia after semen analysis report.
- •Patient having lakshanas of ksheen shukra.
- •Patients willing for treatment.
- •Age group between 25-35 yrs.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with severe illness.
- •Patients with aspermia, necrospermia.
- •Patient taking treatment for infertility, oligospermia, hormonal treatment within last 3 months.
- •Diagnosed patients of anatomical deformity which related to oligospermia like varicocele.
- •Diagnosed patient of diabetes.
- •Diagnosed patient of obstructive oligospermia.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
changes in Ejaculation, Medhrashool,Erection, Libido ,
Time Frame: on 0 day and on 90th day
changes in values of Sperm Count,Sperm motility, testestron hormone
Time Frame: on 0 day and on 90th day
Secondary Outcomes
- 1. To study Shukra Dhatu vikruti in detail.(2. To find out any co-relation between Shukra Dhatu vikruti & sperm)
