- •age 18 to 40 years pre\-eclampsia patients undergoing emergency caesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\).patient refusal
- •2\).patient who had eclampsia in the current pregnancy
- •3\).patient with previous history of seizure/cerebro\-vascular accidents due to any cause
