Birth of a stillborn baby
Gestational age after 24 weeks
Minimum literacy
No chronic physical and mental illness
No history of drug use, psychedelics and narcotics

Exclusion Criteria

Reluctance to participate in the study
Withdraw from participating in self-care programs
