Inclusion Criteria
last period at least one year ago; having at least two hot flashes per day; starting of flashes has been at least four months; should not be used any drugs to treat hot flashes now and a month ago.
Exclusion criteria: taking of multivitamin; anticoagulant drugs (eg: warfarin); chemotherapy drugs; thyroid disorders; hemophilia; immune deficiency; diabetes; hypertension and rheumatic heart disease.
