- •Adult consenting patients undergoing endoscopic pituitary surgery
排除标准
- •oPatients with chronic pain conditions, with/without treatment.
- •oASA-PS 3 & 4 (Patients with uncontrolled systemic hypertension.)
- •oPatients on beta blockers- Migraine prophylaxis, hypertension.
- •oPatient’s having local anaesthetic sensitivity.
- •Pregnant patients.
