Inclusion Criteria

Adult (Age>19 or =19)
Unilateral arthroscopic shoulder surgery under general anesthesia
American society of anesthesiologist status I,II,III
Successful interscalene brachial plexus block whithin 30 minutes

Exclusion Criteria

American society of anesthesiologist status IV or V
Pediatrics (Age<18years),
Age>70 years
pregnancy
coagulopathy, unstable coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrythmia, cardiomyopathy
cerebrovascular disease
systemic infection, infection at block procedure site
chronic pain disorder
severe pulmonary disease
Neurologic deficit or neuropathy affecting the brachial plexus
Refusal to participate this study
Allergy to drug
psychiatric disease
Receiving sparfloxacine
