Inclusion Criteria
1. Physical and cognitive eligibility to participate in a training in correct drug administration. 2 Administration of at least one of the following dosage forms: eye-drops, transdermal patches, and/or oral liquids (solutions or suspensions). 3. Written informed consent is signed before participation.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Reduction of numbers of incorrect drug administrations 6 months after the first training by comparing the intervention group with the control group (determined by demonstration of drug administration with a placebo).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Number of incorrect drug administrations before and after the training after 6 months (determined by demonstration of drug administration with placebo). 2. Number of incorrect drug administrations over time (i.e., after 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months). Determined by demonstration of drug administration with placebo. 3.Qualitative analysis: Impact of individualization on the motivation to participate in a training intervention and on training success (i.e., correct drug Administration after 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months determined by demonstration with placebo). 4. Univariate and multivariate analysis of cofactors influencing the intervention (e.g., dosage form, patients' characteristics, trainer, and number of drugs). 5. Qualitative analysis: Practicability in daily routine in a community pharmacy and satisfaction of patients and family caregivers with the intervention. Determined by using questionnaires.
