入选标准
- •1. Age group 25-60 years.
- •2. Minimum 20 permanent teeth should be present.
- •3. Periodontal Pocket Depth >= 5mm and Clinical Attachment Level >= 3mm.
- •4. Radiological evidence of intraosseous defect >= 3mm in adjacent quadrants.
排除标准
- •1.Systemically compromised patients and those on medications that may interfere with wound healing.
- •2.Pregnant women and lactating mother.
- •3.Active periodontal treatment within last 6 months
- •4.Smokers and diabetics
