Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients posted for unilateral leg surgeries of less than 2 hours duration. Only ASA physical status 1 and 2 patients are studied.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Infection at site of injection
  • •Deranged renal and hepatic function
  • •Allergic to ropivacaine
  • •Peripheral neuropathy involving leg
