Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •One group was a normal patient with no neurological abnormality in the upper extremities and the other group was a patient with diabetic neuropathy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with contraindicated anesthesia (eg, coagulopathy, infection)
- •Patients with a history of allergy to amide based local anesthetics
- •If there is a neurological abnormality in the upper limb to undergo surgery
- •If you are using a chronic (\> 3 months) narcotic analgesic
- •A pregnant patient
- •By the definition of clinical trial committee of medical institutions where clinical trials are conducted, vulnerable subjects
