1.Adult Type 2 diabetes with Distal Symmetrical Polyneuropathy
2.Type 1 diabetes with DPN above the age of 17 years
3.Ability to walk without assistance of devices
1.A history or evidence on physical examination of significant central nervous system dysfunction (i.e., hemiparesis, myelopathy, and cerebellar ataxia)
2.Significant musculoskeletal deformity [i.e., amputation, scoliosis, abnormality of range of motion (ROM)] that would prevent participation
3.Lower extremity arthritis or pain that limits exercise.
4.A history or clinical evidence of severe cardiovascular disease that may limit or contraindicate exercise.
5.Symptomatic postural hypotension defined as a fall in blood pressure (i.e., >20 mm Hg for systolic or >10 mm Hg for diastolic blood pressure) in response to postural change, from supine to standing.
6.A history or evidence on physical examination of plantar skin pressure ulcer.
7.Patient unable to sense monofilament more than 6.65 SWM at baseline.
8.Patients Already being on treatment with drugs for neuropathy
9.Other forms of neuropathy being secondary to diabetes
