入选标准
- •(1) patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic nonspecific low back pain;
- •(2) Lumbago conforming to TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to cold and dampness syndrome;
- •(3) Those aged between 18 and 40;
- •(4) 3 points < VAS score < 7 points;
- •(5) No ongoing pain related treatment;
- •(6) Understand and be willing to actively cooperate with treatment and sign informed consent.
排除标准
- •(1) Confirmed pathological changes such as severe infection of spinal tumor, tuberculosis, structural malformation, ankylosing spondylitis, fracture, disc herniation, cauda equina/nerve root syndrome, etc
- •(2) patients with obvious nerve root injury or spinal cord compression symptoms associated with lower limb sensorimotor disorders
- •(3) Allergic constitution or other serious systemic diseases such as blood diseases, hypertension, diabetes, skin diseases, etc
- •(4) Patients who take drugs related to the disease during treatment; Any painkillers taken within 24 hours of treatment
- •(5) Pregnancy and lactation patients
