入选标准
- •1. Age between 18 - 65 years old
- •2. Patients with CTS confirmed by Orthopedics staff or resident
- •3. Desired for surgery
- •4. Willing to participate
排除标准
- •1. End stage renal disease (ESRD) (GFR< 15 mL/min/1.73 m2)
- •2. Previous carpal tunnel decompression surgery in the same hand
- •3. Previous fracture at wrist
- •4. Rheumatoid arthritis, Cervical radiculopathy, cubital tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, cerebrovascular disease
- •5. Cognitive impairment
- •6. Acetaminophen or NSAIDs allergy
- •7. Unwilling to follow up
