1. Presence of atleast one tooth on each side of the mouth with probing depth and clinical attachment level of greater than or equal to 5mm
3. Radiographic evidence of interproximal introsseous defect depth of greater than or equal to 3mm
1. Patients with poor oral hygiene
2. Pregnancy and lactating women
3. Patients on continuous antibiotics antiinflammatory and immunosuppresants in last 6 months
4. Patients with systemic diseases
5. Smokers
6. Patients with unmanageble occlusal dysfunction
7. Patints with bleeding disorders and hematologic diseases
