German as mother tongue, monolingual language acquisition
- No impaired hearing
- No impaired vision
- legally effective, written declaration of consent of the respondent to participate in the study
Additional inclusion criteria for control subjects:
- no psychiatric pre-diagnosis
- no currently present psychiatric disease
- no current psychotropic medication or consumption of illegal substances
Additional inclusion criteria for persons diagnosed with schizophrenia:
- Diagnosis of schizophrenia (according to ICD.10 F20.0)
- Antipsychotic medication
- Duration of illness between zero and 25 years
- Post-acute clinical condition (PANSS = 75)
- Minors and persons over 65 years of age
- Current or previous diagnosis of psychiatric or neurological disease, but not ICD-10 F20.0 (schizophrenia)
- Limited vision
- Hearing impaired
- Other relevant somatic disease
- Mother tongue other than German or bilingual language acquisition
- Acute suicidal behaviour, self-endangering or risky for others: for patients CDSS Item 8: Suicidal behaviour = 2
- Missing legally effective declaration of consent, persons who are not legally capable and persons in official or judicial custody (PsychKG, BTG)

Name Time Method The evaluation of the importance of objects presented in short videos for a figure also presented depends on the gaze behaviour and language of this figure.<br><br>Primary targets:<br>Group mean values of the evaluation values of both groups as well as group mean values of the reaction times, as well as the corresponding individual values.
