- •- présentant une HTA essentielle légère à modérée (140 mmHg inférieur ou égal
- •- Hypertendus non traités ou traités mais présentant une intolérance à leur traitement antihypertenseur (sauf intolérance aux bêtabloquants ou aux diurétiques thiazidiques) ou non contrôlés par leur traitement antihypertenseur (PA moyenne mesurée au cabinet:PAS >140 mmHg et/ou PAD>90 mmHg)

排除标准
- •- Femmes en âge de procréer sans contraception avérée
- •- HTA sévère PAS > 180 mmHg, PAD > 110 mmHg
- •- HTA secondaire
- •- Intolérance connue aux bêtabloquants (en particulier nébivolol et aténolol), diurétiques (hydrochlorothiazide), quinazolines et aux dérivés nitrés
- •- HTA résistante à une trithérapie antihpertensive ou + incluant un diurétique à V-2
- •- Insuffisance cardiaque
- •- AVC, Angor ou infarctus du myocarde datant de moins d'un an
- •- IMC > 30 kg/m2
- •- Diabète, hypercholestérolémie sévère
- •- Existence atteinte rénale aiguë ou chronique modérée, maladie hépatique
