入选标准
- •Selection criteria at cluster level:
- •Those villages under the field practice area of Community Medicine, which has Community Owned clinics will be included. The head of community-owned clinic committee and ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) will be approached for their acceptance and only those villages that agree to support the project for the entire study duration will be included.
- •Selection criteria at individual level:
- •1. All people with diabetes mellitus either new or old, irrespective of gender, socioeconomic status, duration of diabetes and anti-diabetic medications intake.
- •2. All patients who provide written informed consent for the study.
- •3. Whoever can independently perform their activities of daily living will be taken into the study.
排除标准
- •1. Patients who are less than or equal to 18 years of age.
- •2. Patients who are not willing to stay in the selected village, for the entire study duration.
- •3. Patients who are suffering from serious complications like heart problem, kidney disease, cognitive impairment or are bed ridden
- •4. Pregnant women
