Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Pregnant women with arrested premature labor gestational age 24\-33\+6 week, \> 18 years old,
- •2\. Have been examined ultrasound to confirm gestational age and confirm no anormaly.,
- •3\. Cervical dilatation \< 4 cms.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnant woman who had contraindication to inhibit preterm labor, such as chorioamnionitis
- •2\. Membrane leak or rupture
- •3\. Allergy to any component of progesterone
- •4\. Mothers with severe obstetrical or medical complications sush as severe preeclampsia
