Inclusion Criteria
Hypercementosed posterior teeth with
symptomatic irreversible Pulpitis and
Symptomatic apical periodonditis.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Those with systemic diseases
2. Severly destructed teeth
3.Retreatment
4.Patients with bruxism
5.Absence of opposing teeth
6.Ingestion of Pain killers in the last 24 hours
