1. Diagnosis of anorexia nervosa (AN) or generalised anxiety disorder (GAD)
2. Females aged 18 years or older, up to 65 years
3. English speaking
Exclusion Criteria
1. Male
2. Other psychiatric diagnoses
3. Presence of physical illness
4. Learning disability
