- •The household informant will be selected from household members available during the survey based on the following inclusion criteria:
- •-Age > 18 years
- •-Literate in Thai
- •-Resident of Si Kao district
- •If there is more than one eligible subject, we will choose the one who is more influential in household decision making. However, all household members may help completing the questionnaire.
