1st step [retrospective cohorts]
? adult (at least 19 years) acute leukemia patients
? acute leukmia according to WHO classification (WHO 2016)
? patients with available medical records
2nd step (patients) [prospective cohorts]
? adult (at least 19 years) acute leukemia patients
? newly diagnosed acute leukmia according to WHO classification (WHO 2016)
? who willing to participate in this prospective cohort study and to agree to provide additional PB and/or BM sample during the routine diagnostic or treatment procedure
2nd step (healthy donors) [prospective cohorts]
? family donors who will donate their PB or BM to their family patients
? who willing to participate in this prospective cohort study and to agree to provide additional PB and/or BM sample during the routine treatment procedure
1st step [retrospective cohorts]
? patients with no available medical records
2nd step [prospective cohorts]
? patients: who do not want to participate in this clinical trial and do not want to provide additional PB and/or BM sample
