Inclusion Criteria
- •1st step \[retrospective cohorts]
- •? adult (at least 19 years) acute leukemia patients
- •? acute leukmia according to WHO classification (WHO 2016\)
- •? patients with available medical records
- •2nd step (patients) \[prospective cohorts]
- •? adult (at least 19 years) acute leukemia patients
- •? newly diagnosed acute leukmia according to WHO classification (WHO 2016\)
- •? who willing to participate in this prospective cohort study and to agree to provide additional PB and/or BM sample during the routine diagnostic or treatment procedure
- •2nd step (healthy donors) \[prospective cohorts]
- •? family donors who will donate their PB or BM to their family patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •1st step \[retrospective cohorts]
- •? patients with no available medical records
- •2nd step \[prospective cohorts]
- •? patients: who do not want to participate in this clinical trial and do not want to provide additional PB and/or BM sample
