Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion citeria: 1, 25-70 years old patients with primary Osteoarthritis attended in clinic or pain section were selected for the experiment. 2, considering general criteria the patient were belonged to ASA 1-2. 3, Before the onset of experiment the volunteer patients were asked to sign an agreement supplied by the Moral Committee of the Iran University of Medical Science. 4, Accurate visit of the recognition of the primary Osteoarthritis symptoms was accomplished based on the American Rheumatology Association standards. Exclusion criteria: 1, Alchol and opium addiction. 2, Hemophilia. 3, Rheumatoid Arthritis.
