入选标准
- •1)ASA Grading II to IV
- •2)X Ray Diagnosis of Proximal Femur Fracture (Subtrochanteric Femur Fracture,Intertrochanteric Femur Fracture, Neck Of Femur Fracture)
排除标准
- •1)Previous Psychiatric illness or cognitive impairement(dementia, Alzheimer’s disease)
- •2)Patients having history of substance abuse
- •3)Multiple fracture and previous surgery/Palliative surgery of affected limb
- •4)Drug Allergies/hypersensitivity
- •5)Any Contraindications for Spinal Anaesthesia or Regional Blocks
- •6)Failed Spinal anaesthesia and any need of General Anesthesia
- •7)Mental state preventing completion of scoring.
