Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.aged more than 20 years
- •2\. American Society of Anesthegiologist (ASA) class 1, 2
- •3\.undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery in the beach chair position
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. a history of cerebrovascular accident or surgery
- •2\. uncontrolled hypertension
- •3\. angina pectoris
- •4\. renal disease
- •6\. Patients having any contraindication to interscalene block
