- •3.undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery in the beach chair position

- •1. a history of cerebrovascular accident or surgery
- •2. uncontrolled hypertension
- •3. angina pectoris
- •4. renal disease
- •6. Patients having any contraindication to interscalene block
