Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.aged more than 20 years
  • •2\. American Society of Anesthegiologist (ASA) class 1, 2
  • •3\.undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery in the beach chair position

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. a history of cerebrovascular accident or surgery
  • •2\. uncontrolled hypertension
  • •3\. angina pectoris
  • •4\. renal disease
  • •6\. Patients having any contraindication to interscalene block
