Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who failed to respond to conservative management protocol (non\-steroidal anti\-inflammatory drugs, physiotherapy, and occlusal splint) for three months.
- •\- Wilkes stage II, III.
- •\- No prior TMJ surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- An in?ammatory or connective tissue disease.
- •\- History of or an ongoing autoimmune disease.
- •\- Neurologic disorders.
