- •Patients who failed to respond to conservative management protocol (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, physiotherapy, and occlusal splint) for three months.
- •- Wilkes stage II, III.
- •- No prior TMJ surgery.
排除标准
- •- An in?ammatory or connective tissue disease.
- •- History of or an ongoing autoimmune disease.
- •- Neurologic disorders.
