Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients undergoing Elective and Emergency LSCS

2. American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) grade 2

3. BMI less than or equal to 30.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patient not willing for spinal anesthesia

2. Systemic hypotension

3. Infection at the site of injection

4. Altered coagulation profile.

5. valvular heart disease

6. Vertebral anomaly

7. History of PDPH in previous pregnancies

8. History of recent headache, occipital neuralgia or migraine
