Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 18 to 99 (—)
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age of 65 years or older;
- •Independent locomotion capabilities without the support of others or the use of a (walking) aid;
- •Capable of walking short distances (max. 50m) repeatedly within a time frame of 30 mins, without significant pain and/or exhaustion.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Presence of a debilitating medical condition;
- •Presence of a neuromuscular condition, for example as a consequence of Parkinson's disease or a major stroke;
- •Presence of advanced Alzheimer's disease or severe dementia;
- •Cognitively incapable to understand simple verbal instructions;
- •Frequent cane use or the use of a rollator, crutches during daily living.
