入选标准
- •i. Age above 18 years to 75
- •ii. ASA physical status I-III who will undergo myocardial revascularization surgery under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •i. History of coagulation disorders
- •ii. Recent myocardial infarction ( < 30 days)
- •iii. Unstable angina
- •iv. Bradycardia (heart rate [hr] < 60 beats/min)
- •v. Glaucoma
- •vi. Decreased ventricular function (ejection fraction < 40%)
- •vii. left main coronary artery disease ( > 50% of diameter)
- •viii. Emergency CABG
- •ix. Pre-existing contralateral phrenic nerve palsy
