入选标准
- •1. 18 years of age or older
- •2. Sign and symptoms acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding such as Hematemesis, melena or hematochezia within 48hours
排除标准
- •1. History of Zencker's diverticulum.
- •2. Active hematemesis within 2 hours prior to presentation.
- •3. Hemodynamic instability defined by systolic blood pressure less than 80 mmHg or heart rate greater than 150 bpm and evidence of active cardiac ischemia.
- •4. Patients with psychiatric problem.
- •5. Breast feeding female or pregnant women.
- •6. Patients registered different clinical trial within 30 days
