1. 18 years of age or older
2. Sign and symptoms acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding such as Hematemesis, melena or hematochezia within 48hours
1. History of Zencker's diverticulum.
2. Active hematemesis within 2 hours prior to presentation.
3. Hemodynamic instability defined by systolic blood pressure less than 80 mmHg or heart rate greater than 150 bpm and evidence of active cardiac ischemia.
4. Patients with psychiatric problem.
5. Breast feeding female or pregnant women.
6. Patients registered different clinical trial within 30 days
