Inclusion Criteria

  • 1.adult patient with age 18 years and more
  • 2.patients who will be intubated with endotracheal tube by conventional direct laryngoscopy

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1.patient who retained tube into operating room
  • 2.patient with airway anatomy distortion such as maxillofacial deformity, experienced airway surgery or
  • mouth and neck surgery
  • 3.patient with inability to understand task or unable to stay still
  • 4.patient who has history of difficult intubation
  • 5.patient with expected difficult airway who require to use video laryngoscope or fiberoptic intubation
  • technique in first attempt
