Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.adult patient with age 18 years and more
  • •2\.patients who will be intubated with endotracheal tube by conventional direct laryngoscopy

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.patient who retained tube into operating room
  • •2\.patient with airway anatomy distortion such as maxillofacial deformity, experienced airway surgery or
  • •mouth and neck surgery
  • •3\.patient with inability to understand task or unable to stay still
  • •4\.patient who has history of difficult intubation
  • •5\.patient with expected difficult airway who require to use video laryngoscope or fiberoptic intubation
  • •technique in first attempt
