Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.adult patient with age 18 years and more
- •2\.patients who will be intubated with endotracheal tube by conventional direct laryngoscopy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.patient who retained tube into operating room
- •2\.patient with airway anatomy distortion such as maxillofacial deformity, experienced airway surgery or
- •mouth and neck surgery
- •3\.patient with inability to understand task or unable to stay still
- •4\.patient who has history of difficult intubation
- •5\.patient with expected difficult airway who require to use video laryngoscope or fiberoptic intubation
- •technique in first attempt
