Inclusion Criteria
- •1.adult patient with age 18 years and more
- •2.patients who will be intubated with endotracheal tube by conventional direct laryngoscopy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.patient who retained tube into operating room
- •2.patient with airway anatomy distortion such as maxillofacial deformity, experienced airway surgery or
- •mouth and neck surgery
- •3.patient with inability to understand task or unable to stay still
- •4.patient who has history of difficult intubation
- •5.patient with expected difficult airway who require to use video laryngoscope or fiberoptic intubation
- •technique in first attempt
