1.adult patient with age 18 years and more
2.patients who will be intubated with endotracheal tube by conventional direct laryngoscopy
1.patient who retained tube into operating room
2.patient with airway anatomy distortion such as maxillofacial deformity, experienced airway surgery or
mouth and neck surgery
3.patient with inability to understand task or unable to stay still
4.patient who has history of difficult intubation
5.patient with expected difficult airway who require to use video laryngoscope or fiberoptic intubation
technique in first attempt

Name Time Method Cut point of each of ultrasound parameters(DSE, DSHB, DSAC) and their sensitivity and specificity 24 hours ultrasound distance of airway
