Inclusion Criteria
Patients with bilateral ethmoidal polyposis who are planned to undergo endoscopic sinus surgery at Kasturba Hospital, Manipal
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with pre-existing middle ear anomalies (including chronic otitis media), craniofacial anomalies, syndromic patients with probable Eustachian tube dysfunction
