Pregnant women at the 33rd gestational week, in the age group 18-40 years, both primiparous and women who experienced miscarriages before the 21st week of previous pregnancies, who presented muscle strength > 1 (based on the modified Oxford Scale) and who were subjected to vaginal palpation.
Participants who missed two consecutive interventions, who had urinary tract infections during the study and whose pregnancy came to an end before the last evaluation were excluded from the study.

Name Time Method Peritron® pressure gauge was used to perform pelvic floor manometry in order to analyze the secondary outcome (maximal voluntary contraction).;After delivery, participants responded to a postpartum questionnaire (applied through a phone call). The questionnaire was used to evaluate secondary outcomes associated with childbirth (delivery route and perineal laceration degree).
