Inclusion Criteria
All women diagnosed with GDM during antenatal period receiving care from JIPMER Puducherry from January 2020 to January 2021
Exclusion Criteria
1.Overt Diabetes
2.Mothers who do not possess functional mobile phone
3. access to a mobile phone
4.Illiterate mothers

Name Time Method Among the mothers with GDM registered for care at JIPMER,Puducherry who receive counseling with booklet at third trimester and mobile call reminders at 4th and 5th week of postnatal visit compared to routine care <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>1. To compare the proportion who got post natal blood glucose checked at 8 weeks. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 8 weeks of postnatal period <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>
