入选标准
- •10 own teeth
- •Periodontitis patients: stage II to IV, grade A to C;
- •Controls: no attachment loss detectable, probing depths (exclusion of pseudo-pockets) = 3 mm, bleeding on probing < 10%.
排除标准
- •Systemic antibiotic therapy and subgingival periodontal therapy in the last 6 months; pregnancy; general diseases with known association to periodontitis, (e.g. diabetes mellitus type I/II, coronary heart disease), medication leading to hyperplasia.
