Inclusion Criteria
1.Age group 20 - 60 yrs.
2. Both males and female.
3. Clears for Physical activity using 2019 PAR-Q +.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Individuals known case of Hypertension , Diabetes Mellitus and other medical disease or past history of neurological impairments.
2.Individuals having any lower limb pain or difficulty in walking or standing.
