Inclusion Criteria
Fit patients who are planned for cataract surgery and underwent PCR intraoperatively.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who were non cooperative on table.
Post Vitreoretinal surgery patients.
H/O Ocular trauma
B scan in dense cataract s/o posterior media opacity & retinal detachment
K/C/O Glaucoma and glaucoma suspects.
Corneal opacity
Zonular dialysis.
Subluxated lens.
Inability to give informed consent.

Name Time Method To evaluate uncorrected visual acuity as well as best corrected visual acuity in all cases of PCR <br/ ><br>Timepoint: On immediate post op day then after one week as well as after one month after manual SICS
