Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.18 \-45 years in both sex.
- •2\.ASA grade I and II
- •3\.Elective Abdominal Surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Active upper respiratory tract infections.
- •2\.Known case of drug allergy.
- •3 Patients with respiratory dysfunction and obstructive sleep apnea.
- •4\.Patients who are obese.
