Inclusion Criteria
• Confirmed cases of osteoarthritis knee (kellgren Lawrence classification grade 2-3)
• NRS > 4 (Due to knee disease) not responding to conservative treatment
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria
• Uncontrolled Systemic diseases- diabetes mellitus, immunodeficiency and collagen
vascular disease , presence or history of malignancy , presence of auto immune disease
or platelet disorders
• BMI > 33 kg/m2
• History of systemic steroids during 2 weeks prior to injection
• Any intra-articular injection in knee 3 months prior to enrolment in study
• History of recent knee trauma or knee septic arthritis
• Patients receiving anticoagulation therapy
• Pregnant females
• Presence of genu varum or valgum over 20 degrees.
• Patients refusal
