1.Permanent posterior teeth exhibiting primary deep caries
2.Positive response to the cold test and electric pulp test
3.Absence of spontaneous pain.
4.Negative sensitivity to percussion.
5.Absence of mobility, sinus, fistula.
1.Patients with extremely deep caries defined as radiographic appearance of radiolucency
appearing to penetrate the entire thickness of dentin and involving the pulp.
2.Patients with any clinical or radiological signs of pulp necrosis.
3.Immunocompromised patients or patients suffering from debilitating systemic diseases.
4.Patients with severe periodontal disease.
